We’re delighted to now offer online exchanges for our UK customers.
You can select a different size or even add new items to your cart during the exchange process.
There are no postage fees for your exchange. Please ensure your original item(s) are returned to us within 24–48 hours to secure the availability of your selected exchange items. Delays may result in your exchange being cancelled due to stock availability, as your new item(s) will not be dispatched until we receive your original unwanted purchase.
Once we receive your return, a new order will be created, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your updated order details. Your new item(s) will be delivered within 3–5 working days via our standard delivery service. Please note, next-day delivery is not available for exchange orders, as your postage is free. If you are purchasing a higher value, you will receive an email to pay the additional funds when your original item(s) arrive back with us.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds on gift card purchases.
