You have 28 days from the receipt of your full-price items to return them, and 14 days for any sale items.
We are unfortunately unable to accept the return of earrings/hosiery due to hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, at present, we are unable to facilitate online exchanges. We would advise that the best option would be to first place a new order online for the required item and return the original order for a refund using our free returns portal.
Alternatively, you can exchange an item at any of our boutiques, should this be the exact price match or higher. If your exchange is under the current value paid for your item(s), you may only do this in a boutique if your order was paid for by Visa/Credit card. If your order was purchased using PayPal or Klarna, please refer to our online returns procedure.
Under the Distant Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Please reach out to the Customer Experience Team via your preferred Channel.
