Full-priced items can be returned or Exchanged within 28 days, and sale items within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in an unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns of earrings and underwear are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable time frame.
