Returns are processed on the 14th working day of their arrival at our warehouse (Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
This time frame may pass during peak times of the year, including sales and promotional times. If you are making contact within 14 working days, your ticket will be solved. Thank you for your patience.

2. To track your return (UK customers), please have your tracking number to hand, which is located on your postage receipt or via your confirmation email from Reveni. Please then visit: Track and Trace - Track your Item | Royal Mail Group Ltd
Alternatively, click on "View request status and tracking information" in the email you received from Reveni. This will confirm the delivery date of your parcel. Please allow up to 14 working days at the latest from this date for your refund to be processed and confirmation to be sent via email.
