How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s) Using Reveni - UK ONLY
We’ve partnered with Reveni to make returning or exchanging your items as simple and convenient as possible. Please follow the steps below to complete your return or exchange.
🔔 Important
Please ensure the email address entered into the returns portal is the same email address used to place the order. Your order number will end with JIG.
If a different email address is used, your order may not be found, and you will be unable to proceed with your return or exchange. Sadly, Customer Experience is not able to process a label on your behalf.
Step 1: Access the Returns Portal
Visit our online returns portal, RETURNS PORTAL, and enter:
Your order number, which ends with a JIG.
The email address used when placing your order.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to view the items from your order that are eligible for return or exchange.
Step 2: Select Your Item(s)
Choose the item(s) you would like to return and select your preferred option:
Return for a refund
Exchange for another size or colour (subject to availability)
You’ll also be asked to select a reason for return, which helps us continue to improve our products and services.
Step 3: Confirm Your Return or Exchange
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm:
Your refund method, or
Your exchange selection, if applicable
Once confirmed, your return will be approved, and you’ll be guided to create your return label.
Step 4: Create Your Return Label
Reveni will provide either:
A print-at-home return label, or
A paperless QR code to scan at the drop-off point
Or a collection for £1.99
Please ensure all items are securely packaged before sending them back.
Step 5: Send Your Item Back
Take your parcel to the selected drop-off location at a Royal Mail post office and retain your proof of postage until your return or exchange is complete. Without this, Jigsaw can't be liable for any loss.
Once your return has been received and checked:
Refunds will be processed in line with our returns policy, which is 14 working days; this does not include Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Exchanges will be dispatched once your original parcel arrives once checked by our returns team.
Important Information
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
Returns must be made within the eligible returns window
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, once processed by our returns team.
