Unfortunately, stores are no longer able to process or dispatch items for postal sales due to our new till systems, which do not allow us to take payment when a customer is not present in the store.
As a result, any orders that require shipment must be placed online and fulfilled through our central warehouse, as stores no longer have the functionality to send items directly to customers.
This means that our store colleagues are unable to support postal sales requests, even when stock is available locally.
