Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?
We are sincerely sorry if your order or item has been cancelled. On rare occasions, we may be unable to fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond our control.
You may see that the item is in stock and wonder why. This is due to returns back to our stores and warehouse, and stock levels change every hour.
This may happen if an item becomes unavailable unexpectedly, for example, if it is damaged during packing or despatch, or if multiple orders are placed for the same piece at the same time.
If this affects your order, please be assured that a full refund will be issued, including any delivery charges paid. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method as quickly as possible.
You would have received a confirmation email of this, and as this email and cancellation are automated, we would be unaware in Customer Experience.
