Here’s how to change your delivery address with Yodel or request your parcel be redirected to an InPost locker (a secure parcel locker you can collect from):
1. Change or Rearrange a Yodel Delivery
If your parcel is already on its way but you need it delivered to a different address (e.g., work or neighbour):
Important:
You usually cannot fully change the delivery address once the parcel is en route — e.g., moving it to a completely new location — unless the sender/retailer supports it or you booked certain services like Deliver to Yodel Store. Yodel

On the tracking page, look for “Rearrange my delivery” or “Manage my parcel” options.

If available, you may be able to:
Choose a different delivery date
Choose a safe place
Choose a neighbour to deliver to
Select InPost Locker (see below)
Redirect to a Yodel Store (collect-in-store option)
If no options appear:
Wait until the driver attempts delivery. After a missed delivery attempt, you may get additional rearrangement options. Yodel

2. Redirect Your Parcel to an InPost Locker
Yodel (now Yodel by InPost) lets you divert eligible parcels to a locker if your parcel qualifies:
How to do it:
Track your parcel via Yodel’s website/app. UK Parcel Tracking | Delivery Tracking | Yodel by InPost
When the parcel enters the delivery network, you’ll receive an email, SMS, or app alert letting you “Manage my parcel.”
Choose the “Deliver to InPost Locker” option.
Pick a convenient locker from the list shown in the app/site.
You’ll receive a collection code when the parcel arrives in the locker. Yodel+1

Alternative: Deliver to a Yodel Store
If the locker option isn’t available, you might be able to redirect your parcel to a Yodel Store instead:

Pick a store near you and collect it there (usually held for up to 10 days). Yodel
