Please keep in mind that Jigsaw Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
When using your Gift Card online, you can shop as usual and proceed to checkout. At the payment page, you will need to enter your Gift Card information, which includes:
• The 19-digit number located on the back of the card
• The scratch-off PIN is located just above the long number at the back of the card
Once you've entered your Gift Card information, any remaining balance to pay will update automatically, and you can pay it via any of our other available payment options.
It's important to keep your Gift Card safe, as Jigsaw will not be liable if your card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your consent. Unfortunately, Jigsaw will not replace the card or any remaining balance outstanding on the card if any of these situations occur.
