Returns are processed within 14 working days of its arrival at our warehouse (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). In the unlikely event of this passing, please reach out to Customer Experience with your order and tracking details.

Alternatively, click on "View request status and tracking information" in the email you received from Reveni. This will confirm the delivery date of your parcel. Please allow up to 14 working days at the latest from this date for your refund to be processed and confirmation to be sent via email.
If you are an International customer please reach out to your provider DHL or DPD with your tracking details.
